Got Spirulina? What my kids eat for breakfast that is healthy and anti inflammatory.

Sun Harper-Zahn, age 5

Sun, five, is eating an Alvarado St. sprouted organic bagel with a drink of half water, half organic apple cider, and 1/2 tsp of Nutiva Hawaiian Spirulina. Packed full of nutrients and yummy goodness. Spirulina is great for gut health, brain development, is anti inflammatory , and packed with vitamins and minerals. Eating a sprouted bagel is nutritious and my kids and myself notice that we don’t experience bloated bellies after eating sprouted bagels from Alvarado St bakery the way we used to with standard not sprouted bagels.

How do you enjoy your Spirulina?
